We are pleased to announce the joint conference of The 12th International Conference on Debate and Argumentation Education and The 7th Tokyo Conference on Debate and Argumentation, to be held on March 14–15, 2026, at Kumamoto University, Japan.

We welcome presentations in the fields of debate and argumentation. The call for papers will open in early December, and notifications of acceptance will be sent in January.
Please note that the conference will take place in Kumamoto, not Tokyo. The nearest airport is Kumamoto Airport, and the following hotels offer convenient access to the venue. Both are located near the bus terminal, from which you can go directly to the university.
